| Location within the HotelIn years past, we have held our Open House in the meeting rooms at the front of the hotel. Last year, to afford us more privacy, we moved the event to the meeting rooms located in the back of the hotel. This worked out very good last year, so we are doing it again this year.The main meeting room is room 280, located at the end of the back hallway on the second floor. We have also rented the suite directly beneath this meeting room to serve as a lounge and cool-down room for those who just want to kick back, relax, and chat. Both of these rooms are accessible from outside door number 6. There is ample parking outside this door, and the rooms afford a lovely view of the hotel's courtyard. 280 is going to be the room where all the workshops and presentations will be held. Snacks and soda will be in room 184. The hotel also has a bar near the lobby, and you are welcome to spend some time here provided you are 21 or over and provided that you do not come to any of the presentations in a drunken or disorderly state. Several of our workshops are hands-on, and for the Reincarnation Workshop especially, you may want to wear comfortable clothes. Dressier attire and/or club clothes may be worn for our DJ'd event, Club Kheperu. |
