In order to register for our special reduced rate of $82 you need to register for the "House Kheperu" rate.

Rooms are being held until May 7th. Any reservations made after that time can have the group rate, however, there is no guarantee that rooms will be available after May 7th. 

Please click the link to their reservation website. Currently they are taking reservations through the website to make sure you are included in the room block. The room block is set up for Friday and Saturday nights. If you need to make a reservation to include either Thursday night or Saturday night, please make your  Friday and Saturday night reservation through the website, and then email gatherings@kheperu.org with your name and which nights you need to add to the reservation. We will make sure that those extra nights get added to your reservation. You can also call the hotel directly to make a reservation. Please see the phone number is above. 

All reservations much be guaranteed with a credit card, and to avoid charges, they need to be canceled by 4:00pm the date of arrival. Room rate for Double beds or King is $82.00/night, not including taxes.
